Gutters.

Half-round plastic tube stuck to plastikard strip barge boards. Plastikard micro strip for the hangars.

All my buildings have gutters. Down pipe is plastic tube with microstrip brackets. 

All glued up with end caps stuck on. 

Guttering is easily made. The gutter itself is 3 or 4mm, depending on the prototype size, half round tube extruded plastic tube. This is then superglued to the barge board, again plasikard stip. The brackets are plistikard micro strip glued at one end into the space between the back of the gutter and barge board. When dry, the strip is pulled round the gutter and super glued. When this goes off the strip is trimmed such that it just stands proud of the gutter edge. 

Down pipes are 3 or 4mm plastic tube, with brackets again made from microstrip. Bends in eth down pipe I get form ModelU, I haven't found a way to bend plastic tube. Yet.
