This O gauge model railway is the product of a deranged mind looking for something to do during the dreaded lockdown. I'd had a big OO train set back in the day, followed by a short burst of N. This went when I started work for the 12" to 1ft train set. The authorities, seeing that time was dragging, suggested a train set. After some pondering I decided I'd set about making brass and white metal wagon kits (my real interest in the hobby) and build a small diorama with one set of points and one engine to display them on. To this end an 08, five yards of track and a set of points got bought. Then a double slip turned up at a very good price and then, and then, and... like Topsey it just grewed. And grewed.
