It didn't quite come out like this, but this was the original plan. Timbers under the recycled baseboards kept getting in the way so some points had to be moved.

The Stuff Depot
The tanks are just plastic down pipe. It's all a but cramped but there we go, needs must. The pipes and step supports came from a construction kit of some sort I got off eBay, the steps and railings came form Hobby Holidays. You can't see it, but the landings are a really nice mesh from the Eduard range, available from Hobby Holidays.
The Festival
I was hunting round for some sort of material to make a marquee type tent from when bingo, this turned up on eBay. The guy ropes are 0.5mm brass rod soldered to 0.9mm brass rod 'pegs'. In needs finials a rope to the tops at some point. Inside are two bunches of flickering LEDS of all colours producing pretty effective rave lighting. At some point some decks and a DJ or two will appear inside.

Paper mache - works just fine with wallpaper paste, and way, wat cheaper than 'products'.
Goods Shed Yard
DAS clay rolled out and gone over with the cobbles roller.
Coal Yard
Kleweless Coal have been supplying coal to the locals for at least several weeks. The office is described in the 'Buildings' thread. The coal staithes came from Invertrain and represent sleeper built ones very nicely. The scales are an S&D kit, a nice little build - you even get lovely cast weights. With care it could be assembled 'working' but... The Bedford lorry came from eBay already coal lorried up. It was nicely dome so I left well alone. At some point a couple of bods will appear, pretending to work.
