Time to paint some of the little people I've gathered over recent weeks.
A set of six 1970s P-Way bods from Smart Models. Nice that only three have hi-viz vests on (not everyone wore them in those days) and no orange Wimpey suits that weren’t a thing them. Supplied unpainted I prime them and then paint with artists acrylics (from The Works) which are easy to mix and changing colour is easy being water based. Also cheap These will be going on the layout in the vicinity of Desolation Row signal box.
Two bods with a brazier, also from Smart Models (unpainted). I’ll be putting three flickering LEDs (red, yellow, orange) in there for a fire effect. Not sure where these go, I just liked them.
A old duffer from a different age going on a golfing holiday. This is white metal, possibly Duncan Models or ABS Sidelines. He will get a space on a platform seat with his luggage on one of the many handcarts I’ve acquired.
Some oil cans and tea cans from ABS Sidelines.
And a N gauge Citroen 2CV. This came from an eBay seller by mistake, so I’m going to use it as a child’s pedal car at Olegit’s Cottage.
