Hinges and door handles added. The hinges are small squares of plasikard with tint bits of brass rod glued on. Cheap and nasty? Not really - it works.
Having established that the steps fitted to the ends of Mk.1s had been removed for this diagram of van (presumably an electrification thing) all the was needed was corridor connectors and jumpers - courtesy of Dapol bizarrely.

Weyoh bogies came with the kit, don't know if they were and 'extra' or not.
Having decided to fit lighting I had to add guitar string pickups to the bogies. The easiest way to get the wires inside was through a hollow bolt. I had to get these from AliExpress for 10p each, no one in the UK supplies them for less than £5 each! (Prices correct at the time of building)
Soddingham, though it is a passenger station, will have no passenger coaches - too long, and too difficult to work with sharp curves. This kit came up so I went for it with the intention of selling. What a nightmare. The aluminium body rejects all glue so it would only take a small whack to knock the ends out, and I couldn't secure anything to the body to fix it to the chassis. Clearly posting it would destroy it. So it sits there at the end a siding looking pretty with the lights on, but is in truth a glowing personification of frustration. Never again.
