This kit I bought out of interest in early wagons, buffers one end and dumb buffers the other. The instructions had some lettering layout, but no colour guide. After much searching I couldn't find any prototype info, so going by pictures of other early Gloucester wagons I painted it light grey ('photographic grey') with all the metalwork picked out in black. A fun project, now sold.
