As can be seen, the wheels will hit the rod between the brake hand wheels even on a slight curve.

It might not look like it, but this small difference makes it all work out. The wagon will go round 46" radius curves, and likely tighter than that.

Very difficult to get all the gubbins in under the hopper end, but it can be done! The steps on the prototype actually bend out a bit, mimicking this allows the wagon to navigate tight curves without fouling. Transfers and weathering pending.
