One of the excellent reasons for avoiding building coaches is tumblehomes, but the motor car vans sneaked up on me. It actually went a lot better than expected. Quite satisfying.
The containers saga continues. The new masking tape certainly improved things, but the marks left by paint pulling away form previous efforts were not good, so they got Nitormorsed. After cleaning up I wondered if etch primer might be a better bet than universal primer so I tried it on a scrap bit of resin. It works well, a little blotchy looking, but it's completely smooth. Virtually hammering masking tape on to it resulted in zero paint coming away. Hoorah! Now all I've got to do is mask them all up. Again. Not so hoorah...
